The Problem

Photographers using platforms like Zenfolio pay a 7% commerce fee on every sale, on top of a monthly subscription. For a working photographer shooting weddings, portraits, and events, that adds up fast. Beyond the fees, most gallery platforms give clients a clunky experience with no easy way to flag edits or select favorites before buying.

What Was Built

Built a custom photography platform where clients get a private login to view their gallery, mark favorites, and send specific photos back for editing — touch-ups, blemishes, whatever they need — before they commit to purchasing. When they are ready, they buy prints or digital downloads directly through Stripe. The photographer keeps everything beyond standard payment processing. No middleman, no commission.
